How do I change or cancel an order?
You can change or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. If you missed the cutoff time, reach out to us at email@example.com and we’ll see if we’re able to assist you further.How do I track my order?

We do! just make sure you order before 2 PM PST to ensure your order is shipped out that day. If you miss the 2 PM cut-off your order will be shipped on the next business day.Do you ship internationally?

If your package is lost make sure to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We refund lost packages on a one-time basis.Stolen Package Policy
Packages get stolen, we understand. If your package is stolen reach out to us at email@example.com and we'll refund you. Please note that we are only able to refund one lost package, so if package theft is common in your area, we recommend having it shipped to a different address if possible.
How long do I have to return/exchange my order?
We offer a 60-day return/exchange period. 60 days? Yes, we are extending the typical 30-day return policy to give you more time to decide which pieces work best for you. Because let’s be honest, a month goes by way too quickly.How do I return/exchange my order?

We will notify you via email as soon as we have received your return. Once the return has been processed, you will receive an email with the refund confirmation. You can also check your account page for details.When can I expect a refund?
You'll be refunded once your return is scanned back at our warehouse. Most banks take about 7-10 business days to post a refund. If things are taking unusually long, feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take a closer look.Can I return using my own shipping label?
While you can ship back to us with your own label we are not able to guarantee the safe arrival or refund of your garment.Do you offer store credit?
