How do I return/exchange my order?

To begin your return, simply visit our return portal (link below) to submit your request and download your FREE return label: https://mattym.loopreturns.com/

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to return or exchange your item(s). While you can ship back to us with your own label we are not able to guarantee the safe arrival or refund of your garment. Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. Offers cannot be combined with any other offer. Promotional codes/prices cannot be applied to previous purchases or redeemed for cash.

When can I expect a refund?

How do I change or cancel an order? 

You can change or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. If you missed the cutoff time, reach out to us at hello@mattym.com and we’ll see if we’re able to assist you further. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive an email from us with a tracking number. If you are unable to find it, reach out to us and we'll send it your way!

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate shipments to PO boxes.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, we proudly ship out to all APO and FPO addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Please note that duties and taxes apply and will be listed at checkout.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do! just make sure you order before 2 PM PST to ensure your order is shipped out that day. If you miss the 2 PM cut-off your order will be shipped on the next business day.

Lost or Stolen Package Policy

If your package is lost or stolen please make sure to reach out to hello@mattym.com and let us know so we can properly investigate for you. If the package cannot be retrieved, we will refund your order. Please not that we are only able to refund one lost packages, so if package theft is common in your area, we recommend having it shipped to a different address to better protect your order.

How do I know what my size is?

Each product page has the size and fit info included. If you still aren’t sure about your size, reach out to us at hello@mattym.com and we’ll help you find the perfect fit.

Can I be notified when an item is back in stock?

Yes! If your size if no longer available for a specific style you can enter your email address on the style's page to be automatically notified you when units are back in stock. Not all items will be restocked, however, if you are eager to find out more, please email us at hello@mattym.com.
